What is Smart Metering?
Analog meters are being replaced by Smart meters, as they digitally communicate consumption information to the consumer and electricity suppliers. Smart meters typically record energy near real time.
How do I become a Meter Technician?
A Install, Set up and Commission Interval Metering certificate is required. If you don't have a metering certificate, MQE will assist you through the process. You will receive on the job training and mentoring.
