• Replacing legacy (Type 6 and Type 5 MRIM) meters with advanced (Type 4) whole-current and CT meters.

What training do I need to complete to become a meter technician?
To become a meter technician, you must first be a qualified electrician. From there, additional specialised training through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is required to enter the metering field.
